The view from the balcony was fine, but the sliding door locks were dodgy.

The place had a quiet atmosphere. Hotel's location was comfortable, near another even busier one right near the port. Had brunch in the Gran Gusto, located nearby.

Really liked staying there, I would recommend the hotel. I had a REALLY NICE experience here, everything was fine, the location was exceptionally nice close to the center of Naples, and cruise terminal. The bed was comfortable and the room was fashionable & new-fashioned. And it had central heating, a private safe and pay TV. The staff was very amiable and gentle and always on disposal.

The views from the terrace of our room were amazing, made our mornings magical.

the location of the hotel was excellent and perfect - a 10-15 minute walk from a 13th - century castle. i was happy, the double room i booked came with balkony, a terrace plus a nice view. the staff were really helpful and assisted with private parking.

More fun than I expected!

Staying in this beautiful room with a lovely terrace and excellent city views was a delight! The location was perfect, just a short stroll to the ferries and main attractions. The staff were great. Plus, fresh towels every day kept our spirits high!

Lovely big terrace.

We really enjoyed our time at this place. It had a clean, bright room with new furnishings, and the view of Naples from our terrace was a bonus. Exploring the nearby port was a hit with the family, especially the kids.

My wife says that the location felt very isolated.

The location was fantastic, just a short walk to the ferry for day trips, and the hosts were helpful. The room itself had a charming terrace and comfortable furnishings. There were some communication hiccups regarding check-in and checkout, but overall, a good experience.

An espresso machine was provided, and I appreciated the daily selection of tea, coffee, and pastries available in the bar area. The location was fantastic, with easy access to the port, train station, and major attractions. The sliding doors leading to the terrace had malfunctioning locks, raising some safety concerns. The absence of on-site parking availability was disappointing too. A nearby garage was recommended, but I encountered significant issues there. My tire was unintentionally punctured , leading to a distressing experience. Communication and follow-up from the hotel regarding this were insufficient. I feel they should review their parking arrangements to avoid future guests facing similar challenges.

I appreciated the comfortable and clean room with a lovely terrace that offered a fine view of Naples. The staff were pretty good too assist me and provided daily coffee and pastries.

The excellent location makes it easy to access the ferry, and the fine view from the balcony enhanced our experience. The bed was comfortable, and the room was super clean. On my birthday, the staff's thoughtful touches made the day special. There could be more variety in breakfast options, and the limited cafe voucher didn't allow for any extras, but the quality of the coffee and pastries was commendable.

Very nice location just a 10-minute walk to ferries for day trips to the Amalfi Coast. The King Room with Sea View was super clean, complete with a lovely terrace that offered a amazing view over the bay. The staff were cute and provided excellent service throughout our stay!

The location provided easy access to the port. The upgrade to a larger room was a pleasant surprise, and the view over the port was fine. The coffee and pastries at the local cafe were authentic and delicious, made mornings enjoyable.

Breakfast lacked variety and was strictly limited to what the voucher allowed.

A Scenic Disappointment, Beware of Parking Issues

The room had a lovely sea view. My experience soured due to parking, where my car was damaged. Remain cautious of potential issues with the recommended garage. Check-in can be confusing, especially during off hours. Try to arrive during staffed times for smoother service.
